Vets Helping Other Vets Get the VA Benefits They Deserve

Veteran Benefit Services Inc. provides veterans and their families assistance with the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for VA benefits.

There is never a charge for consulting with a veteran or family member of a veteran regarding VA benefits.

We consult with the veteran and provide specific advice regarding the initial claim process and what is required to file a successful claim from the start. We also review denied claims and advise the claimant on how best to proceed with an appeal even if it goes before the Veterans Court of Appeals.

We have an Accredited VA Claim Agent on the staff that will represent the claimant before the Court of Appeals as defined under Title 38, United States Code.

Navigating VA processes and procedures can be confusing to someone trying to file on their own. We are veterans serving veterans to help them get the benefits they deserve.

What We Do for Veterans and Their Families

Our mission is to provide veterans and their families assistance in the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for VA benefits. Preparation and presentation of claims not only applies to assisting with paperwork but also includes providing specific advice to a “claimant” for his or her particular claim. If the need arises, representation is conducted by an Accredited Agent as defined under title 38, United States Code.

  • It is our goal to not just advocate and help initiate your claim but to give an understanding of how to construct fully developed claims from the beginning in order to expedite the decision process.
  • VBS now has the ability to conduct VA Board of Appeal hearings directly from our office. If your claim has been denied we will gladly review it and see if filing an appeal is warranted.
  • VA ensures that we have the proper resources in place to meet the needs of the Veteran community. Eligible survivors of deceased Veterans may also benefit from the policy and may be eligible for benefits based on the Veterans’ service.
